At CR Facade Design, we provide a complete BIM modelling service for rainscreen façade systems in Revit, focused on the technical development of the system and, where required, multidisciplinary BIM coordination. We create detailed construction models that allow the façade system to be visualised, documented, and technically developed.
Our objective is to ensure accuracy, reduce design risks, and improve on-site efficiency through a technical model that reflects the intended final design. BIM coordination and collaborative workflows can be incorporated as part of the service when required by the project.

Parametric Revit Family Development (BIM)
We develop custom parametric Revit families tailored to the technical requirements of each rainscreen façade project. Our families are designed to be flexible, accurate and suitable for collaborative BIM workflows involving architects, engineers and façade system manufacturers.
The objective is to improve design efficiency, reduce errors in technical documentation and support a controlled workflow from early design through to execution.
