Carlos Romero is a building engineer with specialized expertise in facade design and sustainable building envelopes. With ten years of international experience as a facade designer and project coordinator, Carlos has contributed to complex projects across the UK, Norway and US, with a focus on rainscreen cladding systems.
Now based in Spain, he leads a design team and continues to serve the US and UK working as freelance on facade projects.
He holds a degree in Building Engineering from the University of Granada and a Master’s in Technological Facades and Sustainable Envelopes from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
Rafael Cabrera is a Technical Architect with over four years of experience specializing in rainscreen façade design. Actively involved in the technical development of each project, ensuring precision and quality at every stage.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM methodologies, with a focus on clear, detailed technical drawings.
Additionally, he hold a Master’s in Structural Design, providing a solid technical foundation without performing structural calculations.
Fernando Martin is a Technical Architect with over 10 years of experience in the field in the UK and Spain. His experience includes large-scale construction and property development, civil engineering, and other architectural projects.
Fernando is now specializing in the design of rainscreen facades. He holds a degree in technical architecture from the University of Granada and a master’s degree in BIM Management from the University of Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid.
